Eligible Entrants	Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents in all eligible states/territories who fulfil the method of entry requirements and are 18 years of age or older.

Method of Entry	Spend $100 (inc. GST) on any Milwaukee branded products to qualify for an entry. Every $100 spent will be equivalent to 1x entry. If the customer spends e.g. $600 on Milwaukee products, that will be 6x entries into the draw. If the invoice contains multiple brands other than Milwaukee, Only the total spend on Milwaukee products will be considered for a valid entry. Purchases must be registered online at https://powertoolspecialists.com.au
Maximum Number of Entries	1 entry per unique receipt/invoice number for valid purchases. Each entry must be supported by unique purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Promoter reserves the right to declare all entries by the entrant as invalid if proof of purchase cannot be supplied or if multiple entries have been submitted based on a single purchase. There can be multiple entries, providing each invoice registered lists a Milwaukee product with a minimum value of $100.00 (inc. GST) as a purchase. There will only be one prize winner (except residents of SA & ACT).
Prize Draw	An Electronic prize draw will occur 3:00 PM AEDT on Wednesday 20th August 2025. Location of draw: Power Tool Specialists 149 Bouverie St, Carlton VIC 3053
Notification of Winners	Winners will be notified via Phone no later than 22th August, 2025
Public Announcement of Winner	The winner of the prize will be published on our social media and website powertoolspecialists.com.au By 25th August 2025
Unclaimed Prize Draw	A random unclaimed prize draw will occur 3:00PM AEDT on 27th August, 2025 (if required) Location of draw: Power Tool Specialists 149 Bouverie St, Carlton VIC 3053
Notification of Unclaimed Prize Winner	Unclaimed prize winners will be notified via phone no later than 29th August, 2025
