New Shipping Policy Starts August 1st – Here’s What’s Changing

To our amazing Power Tool Specialists community,

From day one, we’ve been proud to offer free shipping on every order Australia-wide. It’s been one of the ways we’ve shown our appreciation and supported our loyal customers, whether you’re a tradie, a DIY expert, or just love quality tools.

But as costs continue to rise, especially in shipping and freight. We’ve had to take a close look at how we can keep offering the best service, prices, and support for the long run.

We’ve also seen a big increase in single-item orders under $10, where shipping alone costs us the full sale. While we love fulfilling every order, this has made it tough to stay competitive and continue bringing you great deals.

So, from September 1st, 2026 our new shipping policy will be:

• Free shipping on all orders $100 and over
• $10 shipping fee on orders under $100
• $30 shipping on bulky items
• Instore pickup only on extremely bulky and heavy items

We’ll continue to ship Australia-wide and keep working hard to make sure our prices remain some of the best you’ll find online or in-store.

We are always happy to be contacted and are open to looking into alternate shipping options.
